Troops of Sector 3, Operation Hakorin Damisa (OPEP), have arrested a suspected burglar, identified as Haruna Habibu, while allegedly attempting to break into a residence in Kissahip Village, Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State.
The suspect was arrested at about 3:10 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2026, by troops conducting patrols in the area.
According to military sources, Habibu was apprehended while allegedly trying to gain entry into the residence of a woman identified as Mrs Izunyon Patience.
The suspect is currently in military custody and is undergoing further necessary action.
