The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Zamfara Sector Command has deployed 538 officers and men in preparation for 2026 Eid-fitr Sallah celebration.

Sector Commander, Corps Commander Aliyu Ma’aji who disclosed this while addressing media, said the personnel (Regular and Special Marshal) were deployed along with 17 Operational vehicles, 3 life support ambulances, and 1 light Tow truck across the state.
He charged the deployed staff to exhibit high level of discipline and professionalism.
However, The Command, in collaboration with other security agencies, has intensified traffic control measures and public sensitization to ensure a peaceful and hitch-free vehicular movement during and after the festivities period.
“The Sector Commander urge road users, stakeholders, and visitors to be law-abiding and cooperate with security personnel to ensure the safety of all dignitaries and members of the public.
The Sector Commander reiterates the Command’s commitment in providing adequate safety measures and ensure peaceful and secure atmosphere.
