A major political realignment has taken shape in Adamawa State as Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri announced the formal fusion of political structures into a strengthened All Progressives Congress in the state.
In a statement shared on his official X account, the governor described the development as a “historic milestone,” declaring that the party now boasts a unified structure from ward to state level.
“With our structures now fully in place, we are stronger, more focused, and ready,” he stated, emphasizing a renewed drive toward delivering victory for the Renewed Hope agenda.
Fintiri congratulated the newly elected state leadership, including State Chairman Alhaji Hamza Bello, as well as executives across all tiers, charging them to consolidate the party’s gains.
The declaration signals a bold show of confidence in the APC’s growing influence in Adamawa, as political forces continue to realign ahead of future electoral battles.
Analysts say the fusion could reshape the state’s political dynamics, positioning the APC for a more formidable outing in the coming contests.
With the governor’s emphatic proclamation—“Adamawa is APC!”—the stage appears set for intensified political activity in the state.
