A call has been made on politicians and other well to do in the society to emulate the philanthropic life style of Senator AbdulAziz Musa Yar’adua of Katsina Central Senatorial District.
The Director Katsina State Institute of Technology and Management Dr. Musa Ahmed Zayyad made the call at the graduation ceremony of 250 Youth who undergone 4-Day training on Data Entry and Processing sponsored by Senator AbdulAziz Musa Yar’adua of Katsina Central Senatorial District in collaboration with the Nigerian Press Council.
Dr. Musa Zayyad described Senator AbdulAziz Yar’adua as a silent achiever who within his Constituency and beyond transformed the lives of categories of youth and people with special needs.
He pointed out that if elected officials and other political office holders emulate the philanthropic nature of Senator AbdulAziz Yar’adua, the hardship being experienced by the community will drastically change.
It would be recalled that Senator Yar’adua had sponsored series of programmes that assisted categories of people, the latest was the 4-Day capacity building of 250 graduates selected from the 11 LGAs of his Constituency that undergone training on Data Entry and Processing which the closing ceremony took place on the 5th of November,2025 at the Auditorium of the Institute of Technology and Development Katsina.
In his message to the occasion through Hon. Tanimu Sada (House to House), Senator AbdulAziz Musa Yar’adua chatged the graduants to ensure good utilisation of what they have learnt.
The Senator reiterated his commitment towards ensuring good representation and pledged to sustain the philanthropic activities for the betterment of the electorates.
On their part, the graduants appreciated the efforts of the Senator and pledged to use what they have leant and will impact the knowledge to others.
Others who spoke at the occasion include APC Chairman Danmusa LGA, Senior Legislature Aide to the Senator Dr. Jamilu Danmusa and Sheikh Aminu Abdullahi Yammawa.
Highlights of the occasion include presentation of certificates, cash support and Flash Drives. The 11 LGA Coordinators to the Senator were also presented with Appreciation certificates by the Nigerian Press Council.
